At SoCal Wheels, Inc., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

 


 

🔁 Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be unused, unmounted, and in original packaging

  • Return request must be made within [15] days of delivery

  • Product must be in resellable condition

  • Custom, special-order, or clearance items are final sale and non-returnable

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible, please contact our support team before initiating a return.

 


 

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Tires or wheels that have been mounted or installed

  • Items damaged due to improper handling or installation

  • Custom-painted or custom-drilled wheels

  • Clearance, liquidation, or “as-is” sales

 


 

📦 How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at mike@socalwheels.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We'll provide return instructions and, if approved, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  3. Ship the item(s) back using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 


 

💵 Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days

  • Shipping fees (including original delivery costs) are non-refundable

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product), we will cover return shipping and refund in full

 


 

🔁 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.

 


 

📦 Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly — either by replacement, return, or refund.
